What is Bananasana? Bananasana, translated in English to banana pose, is a juicy yin yoga pose, that stretches the length of the entire side body, gently unwinding tension. The body takes a curve-like shape of a banana while laying on the ground with legs and arms stretched out long, both curving towards the same direction. Arms are outstretched overhead, perhaps grabbing one wrist with the other. One ankle can be crossed over the other to deepen the stretch while hips remain flat — give it a go! ;)
